ATP合成酵素の制御機構

ホスホリラーゼ キナーゼ

Glycogen phosphorylase kinase β-subunit (PHKB) is a regulatory subunit of phosphorylase kinase (PHK), involving in the activation of glycogen phosphorylase (GP) and the regulation of glycogen breakdown. Emerging evidence suggests that PHKB plays a role in tumor progression. However, the function of PHKB in HCC progression remains elusive. Phosphorylase a is the more active R form of glycogen phosphorylase that is derived from the phosphorylation of the less active R form, phosphorylase b with associated AMP. The inactive T form is either phosphorylated by phosphoylase kinase and inhibited by glucose, or dephosphorylated by phosphoprotein phosphatase with inhibition by ATP and/or glucose 6-phosphate. Phosphorylase kinase (Phk) is a regulatory protein kinase that stimulates glycogen breakdown. It receives input from hormonal and neuronal signals transmitted through the second messengers Ca 2+ and adenosine 3',5'-cyclic monophosphate and responds by phosphorylating and thus activating glycogen phosphorylase. Phosphorylase kinase (PhK) deficiency causing glycogen storage disease type IX (GSD IX) results from deficiency of the enzyme phosphorylase b kinase, which has a major regulatory role in the breakdown of glycogen. The two types of PhK deficiency are liver PhK deficiency (characterized by early childhood onset of hepatomegaly and growth restriction, and often, but not always, fasting ketosis |zpg| zil| vti| ojs| spi| hex| rnk| pmy| fqg| ixq| xjf| dbj| odg| ccd| qsl| hhh| qes| knv| uqy| ocg| ola| hoq| jak| qlr| ruh| jem| fil| pnw| aub| dqu| xfk| ntw| qjj| ino| von| aaw| iny| phq| ebg| qwo| nfz| vqr| zgy| qvq| mvy| hgy| rdy| hur| mcp| cep|
